Genius is 1% inspiration…
You’ve already brought the inspiration, and I can help with the perspiration.
In my career, I’ve found that I thrive on bringing organizational strategies to the creative table, and I would like to spend the rest of my life sharing those strategies with other leaders, creatives, and builders. Now I help creative agencies unleash their best work.
Creativity.
What gets me out of bed each morning is that I get to help other people unlock their greatest creative potential. In my nearly 25 years as a professional creative, I’ve observed and implemented many best practices for turning ideas into creations. I will help you and your team be the most creative you can be with a few guiding tools and a fresh perspective on what can often feel like a daunting task.
Process.
I enjoy the process way more than the product. I love to see the lightbulb come on in the room and the spark in others’ eyes when they experience a breakthrough moment. I help others do that and feel that every day. Because we should never settle for just good enough, we can be better, and I believe I can help you get there.
Culture.
Your product can be incredible, even life-changing, but without a healthy team culture, you may not be able to build & sustain it. I have seen great teams succeed when others thought it was impossible, and mega-teams fail because they put the health of the team second to the health of the bottom line.
I want to help you and your team experience your business like never before. I want to help you consistently unlock the door that holds all of your potential. For more on my work within workplace culture, visit TheCultureBase.com
